Every time software is released, documentation needs to be updated. Good documentation can be a competitive advantage and is essential for a good onboarding and customer support experience.
Unfortunately, there is a synchronisation problem between product releases and documentation. You may have experienced:

Large backlogs as a result of pushing new content over maintaining existing content
